§ 904-8. Sale of Device With Representation as to Law Enforcement Action.

No person shall sell, attempt to sell, give or ask for a donation in exchange for a membership card, badge, sticker, emblem or other device with either the expressed or implied representation that the display of such membership card, badge, sticker, emblem or device will result in less stringent law enforcement action than normal as to the person displaying such membership card, badge, sticker, emblem or device.

Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
