§ 414-99. Penalties.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is subject to a civil fine pursuant to Section 1501-7 of the Cincinnati Municipal Code. If an offender has been previously fined for a violation of this Chapter pursuant to Section 1501-7, the second offense is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
