§ 414-5. Criteria to be Used.

In determining whether to establish a valet parking zone the traffic engineer shall consider:
(a)

Whether more than one valet parking business wishes to provide valet parking in the same area at the same time of day.

(b)

The availability of sites suitable for the dropping off and picking up of vehicles.

(c)

The proximity and availability of non-valet parking spaces in the immediate area to be served.

(d)

The wants of the majority of business owners, whose customers use valet parking, in the area to be served.

(e)

The practicality of having more than one valet parking business in the area.
