§ 413-28. Reports as to Vehicles Stored More Than Seventy-two Hours.

  • Whenever on any Monday, at 12 a.m. (noon), there shall be in the care of the owner of any parking lot or public garage business, one or more vehicles which have been left continuously on the said parking lot or public garage premises for more than 72 hours, such owner shall, before 6 p.m. of such Monday, file with the director a report setting forth the state license registration number of each such motor vehicle and any other information which the director shall require. No vehicle shall be reported more than once on any consecutive stay.
