§ 413-27. Protection Against Theft or Conversion.

Every parking garage or parking lot shall be operated and managed so as to afford protection from theft or conversion of vehicles parked. Whenever an operator is unable to immediately deliver a car to a patron, such fact shall be immediately reported to the director.
