§ 411-21. Signs.

  • Advertising, trademark, and identification signs on vessels or wharfboats moored at the public landing shall conform to the appropriate zone applicable to the public landing area. Any sign, regardless of nature, displayed on the public landing must have the written approval of the wharfmaster and such approval shall be subject to revocation.
