§ 411-15. Removal of Sunken Boats.

  • When a wharfboat or watercraft which has been sunk or stranded on or in front of the public landing is not raised and removed within 15 days from the time of the stranding or sinking, provided that if the sinking or stranding occurs at a time when the river is not in pool stage the 15 days will not commence until the river first falls to pool stage, a charge of $50 per day may be imposed for each day thereafter until the same shall be removed.
