§ 410-17. Fire and Police Vehicles at Obstructed Streets.

  • Whenever any railroad company, agent or employee shall be in the process of switching cars across any city street, and vehicles of the police or fire departments shall approach along such street to answer a call of fire or other emergency, such railroad company, its agents or employees, shall immediately cause the street to be cleared of the railroad cars by opening up a cut or otherwise.
