§ 409-7. Revocation Procedure.

No permit shall be suspended or revoked without a hearing or opportunity to be heard before the director of safety. When one or more of the items set forth in Section 409-3 above has been sustained, the director shall notify the city treasurer of such finding and the city treasurer shall thereupon suspend or revoke the permit in accordance with the decision of the director. The decision of the director shall be final.
