§ 408-27. Unauthorized Persons on Public Vehicles.

Whenever any taxicab is occupied by a fare-paying passenger or passengers, or by members
of the party of a fare-paying passenger, the driver of such taxicab shall permit no
other person to occupy or ride in the vehicle. Whenever any taxicab is unoccupied
or not completely occupied, but is seeking business, the driver of such taxicab shall
not permit a person who is not intending to pay a fare to occupy or ride in the vehicle.
