§ 407-73. Rate Receipt.

The driver of a public vehicle shall, if requested, deliver to the person paying for the hire of the vehicle, at the time of completed transportation, a receipt on which is legibly printed or written the name of the licensee, a method of identifying the vehicle or its driver, all items for which a charge is made, the total amount paid, and the date of payment.
