§ 407-47. Advertising and Signs.

  • No taxicab or accessible vehicle shall carry any lettering, signs or advertisement on or in any window glass or windshield except a reference to a special trip rate, if authorized by the director and in use, on or in the last rear windows on each side of the vehicle, and in letters commencing at the sill and rising no higher than four inches.
