§ 407-29. Liability Insurance.

  • (a)

    Each licensed public vehicle, including accessible vehicles, shall be covered by a combined single limit liability policy providing coverage per occurrence for death, personal injury and property damage in an amount of not less than $100,000.

    (b)

    Low speed vehicle owners and operators shall have insurance that provides coverage for liability in the minimum amount of $1,000,000 per occupant per occurrence for death and personal injury and $1,000,000 per occurrence for property damage.

    (c)

    Transportation Network Vehicles are exempt from this section and are alternatively regulated pursuant to the requirements outlined in the Ohio Revised Code.
