§ 407-163. Requirements for Boarding Devices.

Boarding devices in accessible vehicles must have with the following characteristics:
(a)

Able to support a total weight of up to 660 pounds at mid-span.

(b)

Clearly labeled with device's maximum load capacity, both on the boarding device and next to the accessible entrance on the outside of the conveyance.
