§ 407-155. Occupant Restraint Assemblies.

Every designated wheelchair, scooter, or other mobility aid position in an accessible vehicle shall be equipped with an occupant restraint assembly that is either:
(a)

Securely anchored to the vehicle; or

(b)

Capable of securing a wheelchair, scooter, or other mobility aid occupant to the wheelchair, scooter, or other mobility aid by encircling both the occupant and the mobility aid.
