§ 407-133. Impounding Public Vehicles.

Latest version.

Any public vehicle being operated in violation of any provisions of this chapter or any amendment thereof may be impounded by the police. Any person desiring to redeem such impounded vehicle shall first pay to the city a basic charge of $10, plus $1 per day for the time the impounded vehicle is in storage, and in addition thereto shall pay for any services performed by the city in order to properly maintain said vehicle.
