§ 407-118. Restriction on the Use and Parking of Pedicabs.

No person shall operate a licensed pedicab on the streets of the city of Cincinnati during the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. and the hours of 3:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.; the aforesaid prohibitions are not applicable on weekends and legal holidays.

No person shall operate a pedicab, licensed under this chapter, on a portion of a street with a speed limit in excess of 25 miles per hour, except as approved by the Director.

No person shall operate, park, or let stand a licensed pedicab on the sidewalks of the city of Cincinnati.

The operator of a licensed pedicab shall see to it that passengers enter and exit the vehicle on the curb side of the street.
