§ 407-117. Taxicab Stands at Hotel Entrances.

  • Where a taxicab stand is established at or near a hotel entrance, it shall be unlawful for the operator of any cab other than the one in the front position in the stand or the operator of a cab of different ownership from the one in such front position, to take on a passenger at or near such hotel entrance.
