§ 407-109. Immoral Use of Public Vehicles.
No person shall use a public vehicle for an unlawful or immoral purpose.
When such unlawful or immoral use has occurred with the knowledge of the person owning the public vehicle or when within any period of five years two such convictions have occurred involving the vehicle or vehicles covered by a given public vehicle license, the city treasurer upon recommendation of the director after a hearing shall revoke the public vehicle license for the vehicle involved.
When such unlawful or immoral use has occurred with the knowledge of the person driving the public vehicle, the city treasurer upon recommendation of the director, after a hearing, shall revoke the driver's license as such person.
