§ 407-1-L1. Limousine.

Latest version.

"Class A limousine" shall mean any luxury type vehicle as approved by the director which shall operate as a chauffeur-driven vehicle and be operated within the limitations set forth in Section 407-41.

"Class B limousine" shall mean any other type vehicle approved by the director which shall operate as a chauffeur-driven vehicle, and where a specific use is intended or where a specific use is required by contract and where all other public vehicle licenses are deemed impractical or unsuited by the director, in Section 407-41.
