§ 407-1-B. Business District.

"Business district" shall mean the territory fronting upon a street or highway, including the street or highway, between successive intersections where 50 percent or more of the frontage between said successive intersections is occupied by buildings and used for business, or where 50 percent or more of the frontage for a distance of 300 feet or more is occupied by buildings being used for business and the said character of said territory is indicated by official traffic control devices.
