§ 406-999-A. Violation of Section 406-72, 406-73 or 406-74.

  • Whoever violates any provision of Section 406-72, 406-73 or 406-74 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor; provided, however, that if the offender persists in such violation after reasonable warning or request to desist by the driver of the motor bus, other identifiable representative of the motor transportation company, or a law enforcement officer, then the offender is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
