§ 406-9. Interurban Company with Local Lines.

  • Every motor transportation company as defined by Section 4901.01 of the Ohio Revised Code which operates one or more of its vehicles on trips entirely within the territorial limits of the city of Cincinnati, or within such limits and the territorial limits of municipal corporations immediately contiguous to the city of Cincinnati, in addition to other vehicles or trips that operate on the same route and then continue beyond said corporate limits under authority of a certificate of public convenience and necessity issued by the public utilities commission of Ohio, shall obtain a certificate of authority, and shall pay fees as provided herein, for those certain vehicles or trips that operate solely within said municipal corporation limits.
