§ 406-55. Lists of Vehicles.

Every motor transportation company shall keep and maintain on file in the office of the director of public utilities a list or record of all vehicles that it possesses, owns, rents, or leases, and which are operated on routes granted a certificate of authority or permit by the city of Cincinnati. Such lists or records shall contain the make, model, year, factory number, bus number, seating capacity and state vehicle license number of each vehicle. Such company shall notify the director of each change of title possession, construction, or state license number of each vehicle within three days after the change.
