§ 406-27. Revocation of Certificate.

  • If the director finds that any motor transportation company is not giving reasonable service to the patrons along its route, the company may be given by the director 60 days' notice to place in operation additional transportation facilities. At the conclusion of the 60 days, if the company has not done as directed, and has not, in the opinion of the director, furnished patrons along its route reasonable service, then the certificate of authority or permit granted such motor transportation company may be revoked by the director.
