§ 406-13. Certificate; Terms and Conditions.

The director shall consider the application and grant or refuse it in whole or in part. If the application, or any amendment thereof, is granted, the director shall make an order specifying the terms and conditions under which the certificate of authority or permit will be granted and the fees to be collected by the treasurer, and thereupon shall notify the city treasurer, who shall collect fees as certified by the director.
