§ 406-105. Exhaust Emission Control Inspection and Maintenance Records.

Each motor transportation company shall keep an up-to-date record of exhaust emission control inspection and maintenance operations performed for every motor bus in the fleet as required by Section 406-109, showing the date and total miles at which each inspection and maintenance operation was performed. These records shall be maintained for the entire service life of each motor bus, and made available, on request, to the division of air pollution control.
