§ 406. General.

The operation of motor buses in the city of Cincinnati by a motor transportation company having a franchise contract with the city shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the franchise ordinance and any amendment thereof or supplement thereto. The operation of other motor transportation companies shall be governed by the provisions of this chapter. All motor transportation companies shall be subject to the regulatory sections of this chapter having to do with vehicle requirements, safe operation and the convenience and comfort of passengers.
