§ 405-1. Franchise Period.

A grant to occupy the streets, lanes, and public grounds of the city of Cincinnati for the purpose of erecting and maintaining poles, wires, fixtures, brackets, and supports for the necessary wires thereon shall be for such period of time as council shall determine at the date of the passage of any special ordinance.
