§ 404-14. Special Permit Where Poles Impractical.

  • Whenever it shall become necessary to string wires or electrical conductors to any point not on the main line, and where it is impractical to erect and maintain the posts, masts, towers, or supports required herein, it shall be done only upon special permission, upon a plan approved by the director of public works, which plan and approval shall be filed with the application.
