§ 404-11. Right of Other Companies to Use Poles.

  • The person, company, or corporation erecting any such lines of poles, masts, towers, or supports shall, upon the payment to them of a fair proportion of the original cost of erection of the portion to be so occupied and possessed, and a monthly rental equivalent to a fair proportion of the cost of erection and maintenance of the portion to be so occupied and possessed, permit any other person, company or corporation to occupy and possess equal rights and privileges thereon, if such poles have not already a full complement of wires as determined by the director of public works.
