§ 404-1. Inspection of Electric Meters.

  • Upon written application of any consumer of electric current within the city of Cincinnati made to the director of public utilities and accompanied by the proper fee, the director shall inspect and determine the correctness of any meter designated in such application and such re-inspection shall be noted on the meter. The fee required to be deposited for such inspection shall be as follows, according to ampere capacity:

    (a)

    Two hundred amperes and less, $5.

    (b)

    Over two hundred amperes, $7.50.
