§ 403-1. Pressure and Heat Quality Test.

  • It shall be the duty of the director of public utilities to test the pressure and heat-unit quality of the natural gas, and illuminating value of the artificial gas furnished by the Cincinnati Gas and Electric Company, or its successors, or any other company, to consumers thereof in the city of Cincinnati, as often as the director determines it is necessary, or as may be required by the city manager. The results of any and all such tests shall be reported to the city manager and shall be entered upon a record kept in the office of the city manager, which shall be open at all times to public inspection.
