§ 402-43. Dropping From Airplanes.

  • Nothing shall be dropped from any aircraft over the limits of Lunken Airport, or the city of Cincinnati, with the exception being made in case of parachute jumps or aerial banners towed by aircraft for which advance arrangements have been made with the director.

    A certificate of waiver or authorization from the Federal Aviation Agency shall be presented for inspection to the director at such time as the request for parachute jumps or aerial banner tow is submitted.
