§ 402-3. Air Traffic Rules.

Latest version.

No aircraft shall be operated over or within the jurisdiction of the city of Cincinnati in violation of the air traffic rules which have been or may hereafter be established by the Federal Aviation Agency of the United States and the ordinances of the city of Cincinnati.
