§ 402-2. Licensed Aircraft and Aviators.

  • Only aircraft and aviators licensed by the Federal Aviation Agency of the United States shall be permitted to operate over or within the jurisdiction of the city of Cincinnati; provided, however, that this restriction shall not apply to aircraft and aviators of the federal government, or of the territory or possession thereof, or of any state, or of a political subdivision thereof, or to aircraft licensed by a foreign country, with which the United States has a reciprocal agreement covering the operation of such licensed aircraft and aviators.
