§ 402-10. Sales at Lunken Airport.

No person shall engage in the sale of refreshments or any other commodity or service within the confines of Lunken Airport without previously having secured a permit from the city of Cincinnati and having paid or made satisfactory arrangements to pay such fees or other sums of money as the city of Cincinnati may determine for such privileges.
