§ 323-1-C3. Contract.

Latest version.

"Contract" shall mean a contract in excess of $5,000.00, except types of contracts listed by the city purchasing agent as exempt and approved by the city manager, for:
(a)

Construction;

(b)

Supplies;

(c)

Services; or

(d)

Professional Services.
