§ 321-51. Proposal; Competitive.

  • Competitive proposals may be used to procure supplies, services, professional services, and construction when the city purchasing agent determines that the use of competitive bidding is either not practical or not advantageous to the city. All possible steps shall be taken to ensure competition in the competitive proposal process.

    The city purchasing agent shall promulgate procedures for the competitive proposal process.
