§ 321-1-R4. Request for Qualifications.

"Request for Qualifications" shall mean the document that states the goods or services required by a city department in order to identify individuals or businesses who are qualified offerors, as defined in this chapter, in specific disciplines which that department expects to utilize during a specific time period.
