§ 320-1-P3. Participate.

"Participate" as used in Section 320-5 shall include entering into a written contract or agreement with an organization or business that is registered with or certified by the Ohio State Apprenticeship Council or its successor as providing an apprenticeship program in the primary apprenticeable occupation that extends for the duration of the project.
