"Apprenticeship program" means a program that (1) is registered by the Ohio Apprenticeship
Council and/or the United States Federal Department of Labor, or its successor organization;
(2) that combines on-the-job training and related technical instruction, according
to the specifications established by
Title 29
of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), parts 29 and 30, and further established
in Ohio under division 5101:11 of the Ohio Administrative Code; and (3) that has graduated
apprentices annually in the primary apprenticeable occupation on the project, as defined
in Section 320-1-P2, for at least the previous five (5) years.
