§ 317-25. Application to New Contracts.

The provisions of this chapter shall apply to:
(a)

Bids, requests for proposals, and the contracts subsequently entered into after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter;

(b)

Renewals and/or amendments to contracts entered into after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter which by themselves meet the financial threshold requirement of this chapter.
