§ 313-1-A1. Advertising Host.

"Advertising Host" means any person who owns or controls an outdoor advertising sign, including the person's agent, affiliate, employee, or other representative who acts on the person's behalf or in the interests of the person with regard to an outdoor advertising sign in the city of Cincinnati.
