§ 308-7. Overtime.

  • Overtime for employees shall be determined according to the Personnel Policies and Procedures of the City and any applicable Administrative Rules and Regulations adopted by the City Manager.

    In cases of conflict with the City's Personnel Policy or Administrative regulations, overtime for employees represented by bargaining units recognized by the City and covered by labor agreements shall be determined according to the provisions of the applicable labor agreement.
