§ 308-68. Reimbursement for Promotional Expenses.

  • The expenses of the city manager representing personal membership dues in private clubs, associations and organizations and other expenditures related to the conduct of city business are hereby deemed to be for a public purpose and reimbursable. Payment of such dues and expenses or reimbursement for such payment shall be made from the funds annually appropriated.

    The expenses of the deputy city manager and city department directors representing expenditures related to the conduct of city business are also hereby deemed to be for public purpose and reimbursable. Payment of such expenses or reimbursements for such payment shall be made from the funds annually appropriated. Expenditures must be used in accordance with written procedures approved by the city manager.
