§ 308-65. Uniforms for Air Pollution Control Inspectors.

All air pollution control inspectors who are required to wear uniforms or special wearing apparel necessary in the performance of their duties shall receive from the city without cost said necessary uniforms by the employee to whom they are issued at the employee's expense. The city shall replace uniform or other apparel items as needed. Upon leaving the service of the division of air pollution control all uniforms and special wearing apparel shall be returned to the city.
