§ 308-61. Uniforms for Stadium Maintenance Personnel.

Each employee of the City of Cincinnati assigned on a full time basis to the performance of maintenance work at the Cincinnati Riverfront Stadium shall be issued annually two sets of work uniforms. Such uniforms shall bear distinctive designs or markings to readily identify the wearer as a city employee assigned to the stadium maintenance staff. To the extent possible, the new uniforms will be issued each year prior to the beginning of the baseball season.

Uniforms issued under this section shall be cleaned and maintained by the employee to whom they are issued at the employee's expense. In the event of termination of employment, employees to whom uniforms have been issued shall return such uniforms to the city.
