§ 308-49. Accessory and Surveillance Allowance for Police.

  • Personnel in the police force assigned to duty requiring them to wear civilian clothing and all policewomen shall be paid an allowance for accessories in the amount of $135 to be paid by separate check on or about January 30 of each year.

    No person shall be eligible to receive said allowance unless he or she has been assigned to duty requiring him or her to wear civilian clothing for a cumulative period in excess of six months during the preceding calendar year.
