§ 308-35. Employee Parking Permits.

The city manager may designate city parking facilities for use by employees of the city, authorize the issuance of employee parking permits for parking in designated facilities and set employee parking permit fees.

Employee parking permits shall be issued by the city treasurer to employees authorized to park in designated facilities upon payment in advance of the permit fee.

The city manager or person designated by the city manager may adopt and promulgate rules and regulations for the administration of city employee parking facilities.
